EULA - End User License Agreement
If you own a personal license key, then you may use the product on any number of machines, home or office, on any supported operating system and after any number of upgrades, for personal use, as long as you own the key. However, others may not use your key.
If you use a site copy, then as long as you are retained by the site, you may use the software at home or at the office. However, after you are no longer retained by that site, you must stop using the software at home.
If you want to distribute the software, you may only distribute the trial version as the original installable (therefore, without your license key included). For instance, you may put copies of the original trial installable on download sites or magazine covers.

Hard Code retains all rights, title and interest to this software, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, trade names, proprietary rights, patents, titles, and computer codes. The software is protected by United States copyright law and applicable copyright laws and treaties throughout the World.
License & Usage
Your license key permits you to use any number of copies of the software for your personal use on home, portable, or office computers.
You may NOT lease or rent the software or your license key without express permission from Hard Code. You MAY transfer your rights under this license provided you transfer the related license key and possibly a copy of the software in installable form to a party who agrees to accept the terms of this license, and only after you destroy all copies of the installed software in your possession and forfeit your right to use the license key.
Permitted Distribution and Copying
So long as this license accompanies each copy of the installable trial version of the software, and so long as you fully comply, at all times, with this license, you may copy the trial version of the software installable (not your license key) and distribute the copy of this installable free of charge; which shall include the distribution of copies as provided on download sites or as mounted on the covers of magazines; provided, however, you shall not copy or distribute the software in any infringing manner or in any manner which violates any law or third party right and you shall not distribute the software together with any material which is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, false, misleading, or otherwise illegal or unlawful. You agree to label conspicuously as "SHAREWARE" or "DEMO" or "TRIAL" each CD or other non-electronic copy of the software that you make and distribute.
The software may NOT be circulated in any incomplete or modified form, which means you may not alter, delete, or add any files in the distribution package. You are prohibited from the acts of reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, translating, or making any attempt to discover the source code of the software, or creating derivative works from the software.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED GRATUITOUSLY AND, ACCORDINGLY, THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY OR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY USER OF THE SOFTWARE.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF INFORMATION, DAMAGE TO COMPUTER OR MONITOR, ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR ITS DOCUMENTATION EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED AND WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This license is valid until terminated. This license ceases automatically (without any form of notice) if you do not comply with any license provision. You can also end this license by destroying the software and all copies and reproductions of the software and and deleting and permanently purging the software from any client server or computer on which it has been installed.
Upon using the software, the user is agreeing with the above statements.
